Based on the application condition, the slewing bearing is made of double-row ball slewing bearing with worm gear, and which has higher loading capacity and title moment load capacity.

The HRC on raceway is 55-60HRC and the core hardness is HB 250-300.

The heat treatment is following ISO 281 and ISO 6336 for gear regulation.

The challeng of double-row bearing is to control the Radial run out and Radial clearance.

Tensun added process to check the radial clearance before assembly that ensure each process is in the limitation.
