Slewing bearings have played a vital role in the development of industrial robots, which are widely called "joints of machines". 1.The split slewing support structure mainly adopts cross-roller slewing support to bear the overturning moment, axial force, and radial force of the industrial robot, including dynamic and static working conditions. The transmission reducer only bears the rotating torque of the rotary shaft. Therefore, the cross-roller slewing bearing is required to have high accuracy under this working condition, and to ensure the rotation accuracy of the robot.
2. One-piece slewing support structure, which adopts a main bearing reducer with sufficient load-bearing capacity in structure, and the main bearing of the reducer bears all the overturning moment and axial force of the industrial robot, so that no cross-roller slewing bearing is needed , Through the main bearing of the reducer to provide higher accuracy, but the cost of this reducer is more expensive.

3. The hybrid slewing support structure is characterized by the use of a hollow main bearing reducer with a certain load-bearing capacity and a cross-roller bearing with a certain precision to jointly complete the supporting and slewing functions. The turntable of the industrial robot is fixedly connected with the output shaft panel of the slewing transmission reducer and the inner ring of the cross roller bearing at the same time. The stiffness of the cross roller slewing bearing is much greater than the bending stiffness of the reducer output panel, so under dynamic conditions , The bending moment and axial moment are mainly carried by the cross-roller slewing bearing.
