Key factors on high quality slewing bearing

Slewing Bearing quality mainly depends on materials (ring material, rolling elements, seal and lubricant), processing

(machining) accuracy, flatness and assembly. To well control those characters and provide high quality stable slewing

bearing is what TENZE strong points

MATERIALS:
• inner ring and out ring use 50Mn or 42CrMo which have higher performance relatively.
• Material for rolling elements are selected according China standard ball GB/T 308 and roller GB/T 4662

which are produced from GCr1 OR GCr15SiMn.
• The sealing material used in TENZE slewing bearing is grease/oil resistant and manufactured from nitrile

rubber, and fluorine rubber etc. The seals are produced in accordance with HG/T 2811 (Material for Lip Type Seal Ring

of Slewing Shaft).
• In order to ensure raw materials quality, Tenze has strict Incoming inspections for every batch to control the materials including lab test.

 

  TENZE SLEWING BEARING PERFORMANCE:

• Operating temperature: The normal working temperature of the slewing rings ranges from -20°C up to

+70°C. Lower or higher temperatures are possible but require special design provisions by our Engineering

Department. The working temperature can be extended from -40°C up to +200°C.
• Service life: Slewing bearing service life is highly impacted by installation, working condition, environment,

load, rotational speed, precision of support structure, lubricating and maintenance…TENZE slewing bearing usually can

be used approximately around 6000h~10000h in normal conditions.
