Prevention for Slewing rotary bearing rusting

The reason of cause of slewing bearing rust could be:
1.Slewing bearing itself corrosion prevention process doesn’t meet requirement. That means the process of cleaning rust and oil seal packaging is not fully conform standard in production process, or used poor quality of anti rust lubricant.i
2.Some of slewing bearing enterprise production conditions are poor, the content of substances in the air is high, high humidity, limited working space so that is not able to do apply lubricant.

[5]The decline of the raw material of the slewing bearing steel price led to the gradual decline of the quality of the turntable bearing steel, and the use of inferior materials is more likely to lead to the rust of the slewing bearing than the qualified material.
