    HIGH STIFFNESS & STRENGTH FOR TOUGH APPLICATION

     

      The ball size is generally chosen with respect to the axial load and radial load coming on 

    the Slewing bearing. It has wide application.

    •    Suitable for mid-to-heavy duty, high stiffness and strength requirement applications;

    •    Three types: internally geared, externally geared and without gear versions;

    •    This series comes with induction hardened raceways. Geared can be provided with induction hardened teeth;

    •    Matching pinions are available for all standard bearings.

    LARGE LOAD CAPACITY WITH SMALL FOOT PRINT

     

    This type of slewing ring bearing is generally chosen where there are heavy loads as 

    compared to single row ball bearing. Such type of slewing ring bearings are usually used 

    where the static load is high and the installation space is limited. 


    •    Suitable for special size and low starting torque applications;

    •    Three types: internally geared, externally geared and without gear versions;

    •    This series comes with induction hardened raceways. Geared  can be provided with induction hardened teeth;

      Three row roller slew ring bearing is able to carry different loads at the same time, and their load carrying capacity is larger than that of a similar configuration of ball bearing. The roller elements are separated by spacers which can be individual or they can be segmented. Some of the heavy bearings incorporate the use of continuous cage, which are usually made from bronze.
